Great Half Chaps!!!! August 3, 2010

Bought these for my riding lessons and they were a perfect fit and they look great. They help me grip the saddle better when I ride. They are easy to care for and they are holding up very well. I recommend them to anyone taking lessons or a seasoned rider.

I ordered half chaps for my daughter for Easter 2010. Placed the order within 3 weeks of Easter. Never recieved item and after 7 weeks of them lying and telling me that the item was shipped and shipped, they cancelled the order and told me to go write my bad review! TERRIBLE is all I can say and my daughter still does not have her Easter present. BUYER BEWARE

These are wonderful chaps - great for everyday riding and could even be used showing/jumping, etc... Affordable and well made - I love Dublin products, mine have always lasted a lifetime!

I typically ride in tall boots, however I needed something with a little more elasticity in the calf. These chaps are perfect. They still provide great support of my leg while riding. Plus they are so easy to clean. I just brush them off when I'm done. They are machine washable, though I haven't had to wash them yet. I'm happy with them!

I was switching from English to Western style. The leather/suede over-pants half-chaps I had used didn't fully protect my shin from the western saddle fenders so I bought western boots. But then the chaps didn't go over those boots. I bought this product to fit inside the boot and inside the pants to give a complete Western outfit image and it does the job beautifully. When I called the company for sizing, the customer service was both informative and well award of what to advise me. I am completely satisfied.
