I started doing Billy's workouts years ago. I do switch up my workout every couple of months. I wore out my other bootcamp dvds so I bought these as a replacement. The fact that I replaced them should say something about how I feel about these workouts. I like working out with the bands, it works my arms in different ways then just using weights. Would definitely recommend these dvds. If you can't do the bands at first, you don't have to use them. When I first started out years ago, I would just do what I could with the bands and try for more each time I did the workout, now I can handle the whole workout as is.

The program is very good and the workouts are very intense. It is definitely worth the investment.
